Allergy & Sensitivity Testing
Identify What's Holding Your Body Back
Using gentle muscle response testing, I can identify foods, substances, and environmental factors that may be stressing your body — without needles, blood tests, or invasive procedures.
Book a SessionWhat is Kinesiology Allergy & Sensitivity Testing?
Kinesiology allergy and food sensitivity testing is a non-invasive way of identifying how your body responds to specific substances. Using muscle response testing, I can assess whether a food, chemical, environmental factor, or other substance is creating stress in your body's energy system.
This is not a medical allergy test — it works on an energetic level, identifying food intolerances and sensitivities that may not show up on conventional tests but are nonetheless affecting how you feel day to day. Many clients find it a valuable complement to conventional approaches, particularly when they've been struggling with unexplained symptoms for years.
How Does the Testing Work?
The process is gentle, non-invasive, and entirely painless — no needles, no blood tests, no skin prick tests. You remain fully clothed throughout. I use a series of muscle response tests while you hold or are in contact with small vials or samples of different substances. Your body's response tells us whether that substance is creating energetic stress, helping to identify food intolerances, environmental sensitivities, and chemical reactions that may be contributing to your symptoms.
Initial Consultation
We begin with a conversation about your symptoms, health history, and the areas you'd most like to explore — whether that's food sensitivities, environmental triggers, chemicals, or a combination.
Muscle Testing
You hold or are in contact with a substance while I gently test a muscle. A change in the muscle response indicates that the substance may be creating stress in your energy system — a clear, non-invasive signal with no needles or blood tests required.
Identifying Sensitivities
We work through a range of relevant substances systematically. I note which ones produce a stress response, building a clear picture of what your body is reacting to — from common foods and gluten to environmental allergens and household chemicals.
Guidance & Next Steps
At the end of the session, I'll explain the findings and discuss practical steps — whether that's avoiding certain foods or substances, supporting your body energetically through Kinesiology balancing, or further investigation.
What Can Be Tested?
I can test a wide range of substances across multiple categories, tailored to your individual concerns and symptoms — from common food intolerances to environmental allergens.
Could Food Sensitivities or Intolerances Be Affecting You?
Unidentified food intolerances and environmental sensitivities can contribute to a wide range of symptoms. Non-invasive sensitivity testing may be helpful if you experience any of the following.
